Tara & Jacob
Laurel Creek Manor
Tara and Jacob are two cool cats. They are both super nice, and super good looking!
When they asked us to shoot their wedding, we got really excited as the wedding was going to be at Laurel Creek Manor.
We love this place because it’s close to home, there are a million photo ops there, and the owners are fantastic to work with!
The thing we love about September weddings is it is still gorgeous out- without being 90 degrees. The weather was perfect.
When we showed up that morning we met one ecstatic bridal party! I think I even learn a few new bad words! Sweet!
But really, great bridal parties make our job so much fun. These people were a blast.
After their cute first look, we knock out family and bridal party photos. Leading into the ceremony, Susan Hass from soloharp.com was playing her harp while the guest were seated and Tara was walking down the isle. We love musicians at weddings!
After the kiss, we went out for some bride and groom photos, came back for the grand entrance, had a delicious dinner by Act 3 Catering, listen to some funny yet touching toasts, then Tara & Jacob cut the beautiful cake by Mikes amazing cakes and went straight into their first dances. I love the dances here at LCM because the open air and the patio string-lights above. Super elegant and classy.
Next came the epic dance part fully equipped with glo-sticks and “dancing shoes” aka comfortable flip-flops!
To wrap the evening up everyone went to the front of the manor to send the new married couple off via a goo-stick tunnel! Ps, these are much safer than sparklers… 😉
Anyways, enough of the words, lets get to the photos and video!!
Congrats agin you two!
